Greg and Jan Judy are famous for their farming operation that includes of 1400 acres of 16 farms, four owned and 12 leased in Rucker, Missouri. They graze grass genetic South Poll cows, cow/calf pairs, bred heifers, bulls, stockers and a parasite resistant St. Croix hair sheep flock, a goat herd, and Tamworth pigs. They also direct market grass-fed beef, lamb, and pork.

The Judy’s place emphasis is on working in balance with nature and keeping inputs low. They do this by installing bird houses around farms for natural fly and insect control, wean calves and lambs are naturally, and providing their livestock with rich grazing pastures and fresh, clean water every day.

Ultimately, both Greg and Jan Judy have a purpose of creating healthy farms and healthy farmers. They do their best to mimic nature to improve their land, water, and animals “We’re going to build soil, we’re going to regenerate these farms, and we’re going to have a good quality of life.”

Greg shares his success by speaking, writing, and creating videos on his farming business. By promoting his grazing techniques, he hopes to help other ranchers create a lush forage and a sustainable environment. “Giving back to our farming community, to the current generation and the next, drives us to share what we’ve learned – what worked and what didn’t. We want to help you find your path to success.”
