Implementing & Strategies for Farmers Webinar
Join us for a on April 22nd for a webinar “Implementing Programs & Strategies for Farmers”, focused on best management practices and programs available for producers including RDAR’s Prep Program, OFEP, and the OFCAF program.
We will explore the best management practices (BMPs) that can enhance farm productivity, sustainability, and environmental stewardship. Our keynote speaker will break down key BMPs and highlight available programs and funding opportunities to help farmers successfully implement them.
The webinar will feature two presentations on the On-Farm Climate Action Fund (OFCAF), one through RDAR and the second on through CFGA, both outlining how producers can access funding and technical support to adopt practices that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and build climate resilience.
We’ll also dive into the Producer Research and Evaluation Program (PREP), funded by RDAR, which empowers producers to take the lead in on-farm research. Learn how this program supports farmer-led trials and evaluations of BMPs in real-world conditions, helping to generate locally relevant data and insights.
This session will provide valuable insights and actionable steps tailored to your operation.
