Talk. Ask. Listen. — Mental Health Workshop
Talk. Ask. Listen. — Mental Health Workshop
Let’s make talking about mental health a little easier.
Join North Peace Applied Research Association (NPARA) and the Do More Agriculture Foundation for an evening focused on building the confidence and skills to have meaningful conversations about mental health in our agricultural and rural communities.
The Talk Ask Listen workshop will explore how to recognize when someone may be struggling, how to ask the right questions, and—most importantly—how to listen and connect people with appropriate supports.
October 29, 2026
